We develop casework software for the public sector - but we aren’t like other companies

The Anti-Social Behaviour System

The Anti-Social Behaviour System in Caseworks, used by Local Authorities and Housing Associations, allows the management of complex cases which involve multiple persons, numerous incidents and require a wide range of different and sometimes complex responses.

Public Interface

The Public Interface facility is to provide direct access into Caseworks for the public, via SMS, Email and Web Form

Domestic Abuse System

The Domestic Abuse System in Caseworks, used by Local Authorities for Casework and MARAC management and by Voluntary agencies for counselling and representation.

Freedom of Information and Complaints System

The Freedom of Information and Complaints System is designed to record and allocate incoming queries and complaints to designated officers throughout the Authority.

Estate Management System

The Estate Management System in Caseworks is used by public sector housing bodies to log and action Estate and environmental issues and to manage Landlord procedures.

Mediation System

The Mediation System compliments the Anti-Social Behaviour system, where mediation is handled internally as a means of resolving disputes.

Tenancy Support System

The Tenancy Support System in Caseworks is designed to manage the issues presented by vulnerable tenants who might otherwise be unable to maintain their tenancy.

Caseworks Reporting System

The Caseworks Reporting systems back up the use of every module, providing a wide range of sophisticated and customisable reports in Excel.

Easy to use bespoke software to help you record your data.

What people are saying about our systems

Domestic Abuse Advocacy System

“The Domestic Abuse Advocacy Service has been using the Caseworks database for some years, this was built by HUBSolutions for us on a bespoke basis. I have to say, the care and attention to details that HUBS have given us has been second to none. We have developed an excellent working relationship with the team at HUBS, they have worked closely with us to provide the database we need.”

— Elizabeth Parker, Domestic Abuse Manager, Scottish Borders Council

Anti Social Behaviour System

Hi all

I just wanted to say, thank you so much for all your hard work with sorting the ASB system. It is so much easier to use now and user friendly. Even a dummy like me can do it! I know it’s not been easy but it really does make such a difference. Loading ASB details now is a lot easier and isn’t as much as a chore.

Thanks for all your support 😊

This work is going to make a significant difference and again thank you for your collaboration in this.

Anti Social Software enhancements

Hello Peter

Thank you for the fixes.

People see the forms on the page but don’t see all the background programming that is necessary to service them.

Thank you for the rapid bug fix.

All the best
