Anti-Social Behaviour Case Mapping just got better!

We are constantly working to improve our product and then share the benefits of our work to our customers at no extra cost. Sometimes quite small things can make a big difference to the usefulness of the system. Our current project is to fully re-implement Case Mapping as a replacement to the MapPoint product which we used to use.

Our Open Street Maps alternative system is now available to users when they open an ASB Case or their Personal Caseload, or their Team Caseload. With more points and more detail available, navigation within the map become more of an issue. We have now added Navigation Controls on our basic Map, which allows the user to zoom out, so that they can see their entire caseload on one screen or zoom in, so that they can go down to street / building level. Its a small thing, but a dramatic improvement - have a look at the image adjacent (which is a real map, with test data).
