Enfield Council goes live with SMS for Anti-Social Behaviour Software

Enfield Council Residential Relationship Team has commissioned the creation of our new SMS facility allowing staff to message clients at the click of a button, using the SMS facility within Caseworks. The new facility operates in the same way as the normal Caseworks Correspondence facility. A Template is created, which includes Mail Merge fields from the Caseworks ASB system. This allows the SMS message to be customised with no effort from the end user. It also leaves the User free to edit the message before it is sent. Phase 1 of this project (now implemented), is to acknowledge all new cases with an SMS message which includes the summary of the Incident reported, the Case Reference and the Case Worker. It advises Clients to look out for future text messages which will shortly include confirmation of the ASB Action Plan and a Customer Survey when the case is closed. The Anti-Social Behaviour Action Plan message will include a link to a repeat incident questionnaire, which, if completed by the Client, will add a new Incident to their case and alert the Case Worker. The Anti-Social Behaviour Case Closure message will include a link to a customer survey form, which, if completed by the Client, will add a Survey Record to their Case, calculate the score and colour code the record Red, Amber or Green accordingly. All returned surveys will enter a Caseload for review.
