A user controlled report for ASB

We have created a new type of report for ASB Customers, where a user wants to define one or more “Action Areas” based only on a collection of post codes!

We have created a new screen where Post Codes and Area Names can be directly entered by the User

We have also created multiple report Views where the Named Areas can be linked to ASB Cases, ASB Persons or ASB Incidents.

This allows Users to build their own reports, just by defining the areas - by postcode - in which they are interested.

Our Enfield user was very pleased, that his request had been responded to in only a few days!
