Our customers lead the way with the Caseworks DV System

Two of our Domestic Abuse Service customers - Aurora New Dawn and Scottish Borders Council, now have accreditation from

SafeLives Leading Lights, which is the “mark of quality for domestic abuse services and is increasingly being recognised by commissioners and funders across the UK.”

The SafeLives organisation, run a very detailed accreditation process, which - for Scottish Borders Council - required a duplicate database, with case details anonymised, so that the invigilators could examine in some detail the quality of Case Work and Record Keeping. Scottish Borders had previously requested several enhancements to the Caseworks system in order to help it meet the demanding standard. This included a facility to show staff which items of the Client Profile information had not yet been collected for each case.
