Enhancement to the Domestic Abuse System Menu

Our Domestic Violence Customer - Aurora New Dawn - has decided to categorise all of their cases, placing each in a defined scheme for better management and allocation of resources. Most staff have cases in more than one scheme. One user contacted HUBSolutions and asked if the Caseloads could be enhanced to allow each scheme to be managed separately.

Within a few weeks, we had added up to 12 additional sub-workloads to each user’s main workload making access and management as easy as could be expected.
