ASB KPIs Made Simple

HUBSolutions has added an enhancement to the Anti-Social Behaviour Action Plan to make the recording of ASB Key Performance Indicators so simple

The concept is that the user of the Caseworks Anti-Social Behaviour Computer System will naturally make phoning the Complainant their first task

The phone call itself counts as an acknowledgement and clears what is often the first ASB Key Performance Indicator

Making direct contact with the Complainant is the second ASB Key Performance Indicator for many Councils and Housing Associations

Setting expectations with an ASB Action Plan, who does what and by when, is often the next ASB Key Performance Indicator

Finally completing a Risk Assessment, which is often left until a later call, can be completed over the phone at the same time.

The new Action Plan screen on the Caseworks Anti-Social Behaviour Computer System allows ALL of these stages to be performed at the same time.

The Action Plan is the default view, already part completed by pre-ordained procedures

And Include / Exclude button allows the user to open a new section and record the full Anti-Social Behaviour Risk Assessment

Settings which can be customised allow this page to act also as an acknowledgement and first contact action

An option to create a customised letter to the Complainant sending out a print of the ASB Action Plan and an Incident Diary for the complainant to complete is also available.


When the user clicks “Process” the four Key Performance Indicators are cleared in one go, and the risk assessment is score

The Case Header is re-set to Red / Amber / Green according to the score.
