Introducing a new feature for ASB Casework - a multiple-person search

HUBSolutions are constantly looking for ways to make the management of Anti Social Behaviour easier for our customers.

One issue identified by customers, is the need which they have to attend multi-agency meetings, where they are expected to do a wide ranging search for persons discussed at the meetings. The information on these people may be just a name, just an address, and sometimes as DOB.

Our new multi-search facility allows the User to enter up to 30 names, addresses and dates of birth at once, click a button, and the system will carry out multiple searches for EACH person listed to see if any part of the name or address matches anyone on Caseworks already.

Where it finds matches, it allows the user to convert the results into a Caseload

The Caseload lists, just as if these were cases owned by the user.

The system allows the user to tab through case by case so that they can quickly make a full contribution to the multi agency meeting.

This facility is currently out on test with the London Borough of Croydon.
