Migration of Caseworks ASB, Mediation and Mobile applications

On the 23rd March, HUBSolutions and South Lanarkshire Council, achieved a major migration of two large databases from a Local Authority hosted system to a HUBSolutions hosted system. Files were transferred in the later morning of the 23rd and users were up and running by mid afternoon, after all testing was completed.

South Lanarkshire have been customers of Caseworks since 2005 and have nearly 10,000 ASB Cases on the system

They introduced the HUBSolutions Mobile Application and Notify and Respond module in 2006 and have since logged nearly 600,000 ad hoc ASB issues

They introduced the HUBSolutions Mediation Module in 2013 and have since logged nearly 3,000 Mediation cases.

They are still going strong! In the 10 days since the migration date, they have

  • logged 325 records via the HUBSolutions Mobile Application

  • logged 340 ASB Case pages via the HUBSolutions Anti-Social Behaviour Application

  • logged 31 new ASB Cases

AND HUBSolutions continues to work tirelessly to enhance the system for them. In the 10 days since the migration date, we have

  • upgraded their web site to one fully compatible with Microsoft Edge / Google Chrome

  • upgraded their system to display multiple caseloads for each user - for Active and Pending cases

  • streamlined the upload performance of the mobile application
