Upgrade for Aurora ND
Aurora ND - a highly successful and acclaimed Voluntary Organisation - and longest standing user of our Domestic Abuse System within Caseworks received a full upgrade in February 2021. Aurora operates a 24/7 service to the people it provides a life-and-death service to, so the upgrade had to take place speedily on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Everything went according to plan. A dramatically enhanced system went live within a couple of hours.
Upgrade for Croydon ASB System
In February 2021, Croydon Anti-Social Behaviour System was upgraded to the latest version. The system has been upgraded many times in the 20 years which it has been operational for Croydon. The new system offers browser independence, improved security, the latest correspondence and much more.
CPN Enhancements for the ASB System
Dudley Council and Croydon Council have been working with HUBSolutions to enhance the facilities for recording CPN (Community Protection Notice). Croydon wanted to include an “EPN” (Environmental Protection Notice) and Dudley a “CPN Prosecution”.
